Title : "Justification, Excuses and Rationality"

Abstract:

We argue for two main thesis: first, philosophers don’t know what they are talking about when they talk about “epistemic justification” (as different from rationality); second, given that rational action requires rational belief but tolerates false belief, there can be false rational belief.
