I completed a Phd in "Economics of Complexity" at the University of Torino in 2009.
My thesis, titled "An Evolutionary Approach on Knowledge Coordination and Theories of Mind", examines the introduction of evolutionary theories in economics, with a deep interest in social norms and the mind mechanisms which have been evolved to make humans cope with a limited form of rationality, contradicting the postulates of "homo economicus".
My research, then, focuses on cognitive economics, evolutionary theories, social norms, behavioral game theory, ethics, and cognitive sciences (broadly speaking)applied to economics.
At the end of March 2010 I started a postdoc at Institut Jean Nicod in the research team on "Economics and Social Cognition", where I am working on coordination games and theories of mind, under the supervision of Sacha Bourgeois-Gironde.
