Editing a movie on a transatlantic crossing

Based on original footage, we shall produce a documentary with long sequences of navigation on a sailboat ; the soundtrack is only noises from the sea and the boat. The gist of the production is to create an immersive, sensory environment, conducive to observation and reflective thought. Some technical skills with movie editor software are requested.
